By accessing or using Revelio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Use of Service
Revelio provides tools to extract and analyze publicly available advertising data from Meta's Ads Library. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes, including competitive research, market analysis, and advertising strategy development. You must not use the service to collect personal data about individuals or for any purpose that violates applicable law.
3. Meta Ads Library Data
The data extracted via Revelio originates from Meta's publicly accessible Ads Library, a transparency tool made available by Meta. Revelio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. You are responsible for ensuring your use of extracted data complies with Meta's terms and applicable regulations.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. API Keys and Credentials
When you provide API keys (e.g., Meta access tokens, AI provider keys), you are responsible for their security and any charges incurred through their use. Revelio encrypts stored keys but is not liable for costs resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
Revelio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of scraped data. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
